aNiKi aGe

Based in Tokyo, Japan; aniki age has been constantly developing upon his talents as a musical composer, producer and performer. Born in Germany, but spending most of his life in Melbourne, Australia; the home to Australia’s music scene; he recorded, produced and performed for a number of years within the Australian Hip-Hop scene. Once he made the move to Japan he found his musical tastes and interests evolving beyond his passion for 80's Electro and quickly became part of the Tokyo underground minimal techno. Even though his styles constantly change and evolve music will always be a medium used for the exploration of his self consciousness.

日本の東京を拠点にaniki ageは、絶え間なく作曲家、プロデューサー、パフォーマーとしての才能を発揮している。 ドイツで生まれたが、人生のほとんどをオーストラリア・ミュージック・シーンの中心地であるメルボルンで過ごす。 aniki ageは、何年もの間、オーストラリアのヒップホップ・シーンでの録音、創造、活動を経験してきた。日本に移住してからは、音楽のスタイルや興味が、80年代エレクトロ音楽に対する情熱を越えるものとなり、すぐに東京のアンダーグラウンド・ミニマル・テクノ・ミュージック・シーンの一部と化した。たとえ彼のスタイルが常に変化や革新を遂げても、音楽は常に彼の自己意識を模索する媒体であることに変わりはない。
